🍳💛 Cooking with Friends Highlights 💛🍳
Our Cooking with Friends program, in partnership with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, brought hands-on learning and healthy cooking to our community!
In Session Two, participants made a healthy taco rice bowl 🌮 and beef quesadillas 🥙—simple meals to recreate at home.
Our final session focused on the health benefits of ginger 🌿, followed by a tasting of delicious ginger chicken soup 🍲.
Programs like these continue to build skills, promote healthy habits, and bring our community together around the table. 💙

Thank you to all of our ACE families who joined us for the Collins-Parr ACE DIY Valentine’s Day Box Decorating event! It was such a fun and creative afternoon, and we loved seeing each student’s unique Valentine’s box come to life with the help of their families.

Collins-Parr students, get ready for a fun evening of creativity and Valentine’s Day cheer! 🎨

📅 February 4th | ⏰ 5:15–6:30 PM | 📍 Cafeteria

Kids and families will decorate their own Valentine’s boxes and enjoy delicious snacks during the event ❤️
✨ Bring your own box to decorate.
🎨 All supplies and refreshments will be provided!
